1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of centralpurchase.com and any purchase from Central Purchase, 1831 Christian St, Philadelphia, PA 19146, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Orders and payment
When you place an order we email a secure payment link. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and will refund any payment in full.
3. Prices and promo codes
Prices are in US dollars and include any card fee shown for gift cards. Sales tax is added where required. The code PHILLY10 gives 10% off eligible items, cannot be combined with other codes and does not apply to gift cards.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $5.15 and free on orders over $53 after discounts; express shipping is $13.65. Delivery times are estimates.
5. Digital products
Gift cards and software codes are emailed after payment. They are governed by the issuer's own terms and cannot be returned once sent.
6. Returns

7. Product use
Follow the manufacturer's instructions for every product, especially heaters, fire safety equipment and supplements. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease; ask your doctor before use.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
